Any plans for the Tamiya 801 series? I'd like to have some rear skidplates for them.

Thanks everyone for all your support over the last 1 1/2 years. I'm glad so many of my fellow racers have been able to benefit from our products. The new Gen 2 Skid Plates are a huge improvement for both wear and durability. The other cool thing is that there is now a small round pocket on the bottom of the plate in both the front and rear. As the plate wears, a hole will show through it. When that happens it is no longer "RACE" worthy, but will still go a long way for practice or bashing.

If anyone has any questions, please let me know. I will be keeping an eye on this thread.

Dave

fuel tank pull handle????
bring it!!!!! I have to say the skid plates is one of the best ideas that someone has come up with.... I have never taken them off my car since I spent 110 bucks on a chassis that I could have kept running for just spending 7bucks..lol awesome

There are alot a factors to how long they last. Type of surface, car set up, driving skill level..... On average at our local track we are getting about 5-7 nights out of a Gen 2 Skid Plate and several gallons with a BumpSkid. Try it. I don't think you will be disappointed.
