Its going to depend on your driving style. The losi handles way different than the MBX-6. The 808 is similar to the Losi.....
You can't go wrong with any of them. Just pick one and go for it...

The best advice is to go on each of those cars forum (on rctech) and see what people are saying about each car in detail. I saw the losi 2.0 this last weekend, it looked good. I own the mbx6, its great too. Its the lightest car and has ridiculous acceleration and steering. The 808 is a nice solid platform price and manufactured very competitively. The rc8 is pretty popular and is the most affordable of the bunch. Has a good layout and looks composed on the track. The mp9 I dont know about. I havent seen one in action yet but for the price of it you could buy a mbx6 and a ninja jx21 motor.

Thanks guys, I was really thinking about the mp9 BUT, the price thing is a real issue. now I had a losi 8ight and didnt like it at all? but I was told its not a hammer down buggy so off it went, the I picked up a mbx5r pro and I liked it a lot better. So I am leaning towards a mbx6 or x-ray 808 but like you guys suggested try to drive one? But I hear the new losi is a lot different buggy than the first one?

Lighter cars tend to break much faster, am a Kyosho guy, I own the Mp777WC tricked out to the max with fioroni parts, and have driven the MP9.
Hands down the MP9 is much more agile, faster on the corners and jumps close to a losi.
The steering on the MP9 is much more directive then the MP777WC, build wise the MP777WC out of the box is solid, if your a pro driver then either one will take you all the way to the finish, however the MP777WC is much more solid with a little options.
The MP9 is solid also but just feels like chances of breakage is higher, have yet to see one breaking though they just arrived here in our kneck of the woods.
Choose the car to your budget and who can supply you with parts, no buggy will ever last they will break it's in your hands that determine's the strength of the buggy.
If you bashing around most of the time and just want to have fun then consider a truggy they are more durable and take alot of abuse.
You might want to check the Hyper I believe in the US i'ts called the Jammin they are tough and rock solid however on the heavy side.
Choose your weapon wisely, get lots of practise time soon you'll want a lighter buggy for more air and speed.

All are top buggies, and all have there strengths. Best bet is to drive as many as possible before you buy. For me, the 808 fits me the best, and I have been extremely pleased. I can say it truly has made me a faster racers. Plus with 15 races with out a single DNS & DNF, gives a ton of confidence in your equipment too..
