Bill is a very busy one man show right now at BCE. And sometime parts can take a little longer then desired, but trust me there well worth the wait. A few times there can be delays that are out of his hands. (Anodizer, Material, etc.etc.) And he is meticulous with his projects, and want them to be perfect when the final production is released.

The best thing to do is contact Bill threw his website. He' usually gets back to people in a day or so.

The thing about BCE that turned me off was the fact that he does not have any pre-made stock, so you cant just call him and order a chassis, and he ships it. You have to pre-pay, and then wait for him to make a batch of the chassis you want. I have heard some people waiting up to 6 months! I find that whole thing ridiculous. I would have no problems buying one if he worked like all other retailers. He takes my money then ships out my product the next day. Having him hold my money for possibly months is not my cup of tea

He is working on trying to get a stock of chassis, but at the same time, he is working on developing new chassis. most of the time, the wait is 2 to 3 weeks. Which for a custom item is the norm.

I would agree that 2-3 weeks is acceptable. Maybe I'll revisit it. I have heard some people waiting a really long time, that's probably not the normal turn around time though

When he has what you want he sends you a paypal invoice. Dont think he holds your money hostage LOL. If you question how good he is just look at the team drivers who run his chassis.

Hold on there a minute Cowboy! i never said he didn't make an awesome chassis. I know he makes the best chassis available. All I said was I heard grumblings from some people that they waited forever. I'm sorry I said anything. As usual I should have kept my opinions to myself.

I paid for a rc8 chassis that I have not received that I ordered on the 7th Nov I wrote email and the answer on
17th Nov was

(I am pretty sure they got it out.
if there is any other news I will update you)

so I heard nothing so I rang pay pal and they said they will look in to it

reply from pay pal

(After careful consideration of the evidence provided in the case detailed
below we have completed our investigation and decided in favor of the buyer. we were unable to recover any
funds from the seller's account)

and then reply from bce

Hi are you saying that Pay pal has not refunded
as per there response to us?
It shows that they have the funds held from us as well
I am going to contact them from this side to find out
why they would have sent this to us.
I am sorry that you are getting the run around...
This is exactly why we will no longer use pay pal.
I will keep you updated .

Thank You.

so who do I believe no emails since help

I know Bill personally and would absolutely believe him first. One way or the other he will make it right and when you get the chassis you won't believe how good the quality is.

Joe_Racer,
You are so right. I know Bill myself and when he says you'll have it, it'll be there. I saw him last Saturday in Havasu for the last points race and he was moving to California. So with all of this, it might take a few more days possibly longer till he gets all settled in his new place. Give the guy a chance he's really a awsome guy and straight up with his products. Besides his work is definatly worth the wait in my opinion.

I wouldn't worry about Bill. I order one for my RC8 on November 3rd and received it 2-3 weeks later. In fact he personally called my cell to let me know its been shipped and if I have any problems give him a call asap (with the part/setup). I have a machining, programming and designing back round. So I know how much time it takes to get things done. Plus for being one guy and having a full time job and doing this on the side with great quality work.... Its just awesome!

Plus one more thing, just have some patients in this RC world. I have noticed that people with the most patients tend to do well at the track. It takes time to get those fast lap times. It also sometimes takes a little to get parts and info from others. The more patients and time you give yourself the faster and more knowledge you'll get.
We have a guy we race with and I noticed he doesn't have much patients. I have noticed its starting to get him aggravated and affecting his lap times. Just remember most of the time slower is faster!
