I want to thank everyone for the overwhelming response. Caster will be a big contender in 2009. I am still going through resumes. those that have gotten a response from Mike I will be sending out contracts for you.

I learned a lot this year with the car. One thing I learned is that for the money, you can't beat it. I did as good with this car I would have done with any other car. I have issue and bad luck, but not at fault of the car, either a flame out or a radio issue, still no blown servos either, after an entire season. And the thing I liked the most? the outdrives show almost no wear, the arms have little slop, still have good bearings, parts all around really didn't wear that fast. And QA and parts are becoming better.

Dave keeps replying back to me on a daily basis....This is much harder than I expected...and Dave is really diligent on making sure that we are getting the "right" people on board... and that does not necessarily mean that you can win races. We are not done yet so keep sending in apps and don't give up hope.

Yes, I am going though resumes and yes I do read them and contact references, I've been in the hobby for a long time. So I know this is taking a long time, but worth the wait to part of an awesome team with new and exciting products.

I too would like to say thanks to Mike, Cam and David for letting me be a part of such a great team in 2008 and I look forward to working with you again in 09!

For any one with questions about Caster Racing I have a few facts for you.

1) Great owners and Team Manager - Always there when you have questions and very prompt to return calls!

2) They Care - If you have an Idea or a thought that can improve any product they will listen and make it happen. I can not stress how many times this year an idea or thought was talked about on the phone then a week or two later somthing was on the way!!!

3) You are part of a TEAM, You are a member of a team that cares for one another and will do anything to help you out. At the Pro Series finals I had some motor issues. I can not tell you how many times I was told "I have a motor just broken in, you want to use it"
You are part of a TEAM and as such you are treated as part of the team. Not just a number or a person with a discount.

Once again I am honored to drive for such a great team!

if only i had made my return to R/C last year instead of this year, and if i didnt live in MN i would def send in my resume. But there is no chance i would get sponsored because there isnt much of a racing league in MN. only the MN Nitro Series and a few races here and there that dont matter much.
