Tamiya has very high quality products and all they needed was a high profile driver. I am very happy to see Tamiya getting Lutz. Who is the second driver?

So is tebo going to tamiya also? I'm on my iPhone it's not realy clear what your all saying. But it seems interesting that tamiya is getting into offroad after everybodys had there car in the class for awhile now. Wish the best for Lutz and his new endevor with a unproven car. Is he stayting with aka?

Jimmy was Tebo's pitman at the Worlds, . I could definitely see Tebo wheeling for Tamiya. I believe it would allow him to still run AE for electric. Did Tamiya discontinue there 4WD?

The 801xt has alot of potential, especially with someone like Lutz driving

Just the fact that Tamiya hasn't been racing in the 1:8 Off-Road Nitro seen. (That I know of) And starting off in such a extremely competitive racing market, "anyone" or "any company" would have an uphill battle in a new racing venue for them. Not knocking Lutz or Tamiya, just my opinion.....

If I remember correctly, I did wish them the best of luck in my previous post.......

This is great news for Tamiya and for those that love to see Tamiya competing.

If it is an uphill battle for Lutz and Tamiya then success will be sweeter.

Good luck to all involved in the Tamiya nitro push.

Nudge the Australian importers to up the ante down here with Tamiya products. It is lacking in the race scene.

Cheers All

You might want to check your facts on that one:

I don't know who Jimmy is but I am pretty sure that is Chad Parks.
