You're best bet is to go to your local hobby store and see what they carry parts for. That will help with your decision and it helps them keep their doors open.

well do what other guy said. like my local hobby shopm doesnt carry hpi parts, but they are a big time traxxas dealer.

then from there, they might have used cars for sale, also ebay are some good stuff. but if you r looking for new cars than lhs is the best bet. also you might be able to get a used car off your local craigslist.com

Support your local hobby store and they will be there when you need them. It will really suck when you have to order every little nut and bolt off the internet after your local hobby store closes because you wanted to save $20.

Colin is on point....

If you have a solid local shop stick with them. They may be willing to order somethign for you and get it in a couple days. For our local guys it has been sometime since we have had a shop that had parts we needed or who would even order them in a timely fashion. Sometimes it just does not work out to shop locally and racers or hobbyist have to resort to ordering online.

Not sure your situation.

I shop with these guys. They are a legit "walk in store" with huge inventory and have been good for me after a few years.

Check it out:

If they can order you the parts, they can order you the Vehicle. What everyone is trying to tell you is to try to buy from your Local Hobby Shop. The more business they get, the better the chance they will still be in business when you need fuel, parts, etc.

and if you call on the phone, jon or any of the crew will more than likely order anything you could ever want or need for you. all they need is a little interest in an item and they'll start to stock it.....

great hobbystore there... i am blessed that carolinasrc is my "LHS"

also, they carry the associated gt2 rtr.... for $279.99

that is more of a race truck than a rustler, so i feel sure he'd beat that price on a rustler.... like i said, call him.

they place orders with their suppliers regularly and they carry the electric rustler, so getting it shouldn't be a problem.

Well you can buy a RTR or a Kit from an online source like Amainhobbies because of the cheaper price but when it comes down to parts and fuel I support my LHS.
