Default Tires and Wheels?

Do all (standard size) buggy tires fit on any buggy wheel. LIKE pro-line bowties on Panther wheel OR Advantage tires on Pro-line wheels? What do you guys think of Panther dish wheels?

yah they well. i use ae wheels on proline tires and jconcepts wheels on proline tires. and my friend used panther tires on ae wheels.
