Not me, but I did just buy some. I'll race this weekend and give some feedback. My Mugen is at the opposite end of the spectrum than the RC8, probably 1 pound heavier. I bought the M3 Bowties.

cool cool

I am curious about them because on Proline's site they say - Meant for buggy rears or front and rear fro some buggies. I found that interesting. I would imagine if you only put them on the rear your car would push really bad, but iono.

Also interested in these?? Wondering if they will work on the front? Will they rub on the stering/camber links. I figure they should work on the rear great in low traction situations.

Any reports? Thanks

I had the same question about 1/8th (why all 4 tires the same?) when I started running nitro and everyone told me that the cars would push even worse but with the newer cars that have so much better steering maybe it's worth revisiting?

one of the guys at our track was running them last sat. night, said they worked good, the track was wet, thought they would work even better on a dry or blue groove track.

I have been able to run them a few times now including the worlds. i pesonally like them on the rears only because they gave more traction, more consistent and later braking, and i could drive the car much harder. when i tried them all the way around i thought it was a little inconsistent steering and did some wierd things but thats not to say they wont work that way. i only tried them all the way around one time and for 4 minutes

they rub a little bit on the front as well so you do need to dremel a tad. on my car i did anyway

i run an 808 as well

Ive run them on the rear only on a 808... the revolver pattern. The buggy seemed to have a little more traction in the rear.. A guy at my local track tried them on front and back and he lost some steering..
