A friend is using the Losi 2000mah pack with the losi regulator. I know he had to modify the battery box to get it all to fit, but it DID fit.

I was looking for something that I could get to fit inside, or some info to help modified it.

The battery I posted will fit with no modification. If you wanted something larger than 1600, this 2300 would also fit:

The Protek regulator weighs 9 grams. I'm using SR3100 receiver w/2 Futaba s9351's and after running the car for 30 minutes the pack took a charge of 460mah.

hi guys 5.0 boy pm me and asked to send pics. but i cant get pics down enough to post. if you want picks pm me or email me and i will send them out. im using the 2000 losi lopo. and regulator. basicly i ground down the hole middle dividing lip. removed the center post also. you need to bolt and nut the 2 outer covers toegther. also grind a relief notch on the battery cover and front outer cover to bet clearance. i dont use a switch. so i ran my wires thru a hole i made in the battery long cover towards the rear. i use the futaba fast reciever also. the regulator is taped or glued unger the top front outer cover above the battery. i also add foam under and around all dead areas. hope this helps. email or pm for pics. jeremy

Jeremy, you can upload the pics on photobucket, it automatically resizes them to a reasonable size.

If you'd like assistance with that simple task let me know

Apogee 123 makes a 2000 mah reciever pack that is a perfect fit.

Look up their reciever pack Long version. It fits like it is made for this box.
