Default Baja clone...

I saw a post a while back about the baja clone..I think its called the KM Baja. Theyre all over ebay. Anyways, just wanted to find out if anyone had one and how they are overall. Looks wise its the exact same thing as the HPI.

no the deal is the site owner doesnt want any talk about clone bajas on his forum. to bad because i recently bought a true hpi baja and i have only ran 2.5 tanks and so foar i have wore the rear tires to slicks on hard packed dirt, output gear on steerign servo broke (no i did not hit ANYTHING i was just turning around in a big open field), 2 of the plastic pins that hold the radio box down are to short, spark plug came loose, one of the front aluminum steering links bent, engine kill switch failed, and i have to keep retightening the screws that go into plastice because teh plastic is to soft.

i have an actual hpi branded baja ss kit NOT a clone and with my current experience i am wishing i would have bought a clone, teh issues i am having are those i would expect on a clone, i can say that hpi is taking care of my tire and kill switch issue however instead of just sending a replacement gear set they want me to send the servo to them which i may do but only after i have replaced it with a different one and then i will hav a backup steering servo, i have alredy hear a few complaints on people sending servos in for repair/replacement and hpi claiming they did not receive it even though tracking shows otherwise.
