Don't forget about the Orion CRF. That thing is simply a beast.

Tough choice, there are many great motors to chose from.

If I had to pick right now, I'd go JX21, GRP Tuned, or RB C6BBT, that's not to say that there are other good choices out there as well.

Current setup is with the GRP 2053 pipe and GRP #6 plug using Nitrotane fuel.

Paid $440 for the 'promo' pack, which came with everything above, minus fuel. (plus a pitmat, shims, decals, restrictors and nifty keyfob)
Diddo as to what boostfriend says. Explained perfectly. Great power, and SMOOTH power delivery. Holds a tune great. always within 1-2 hrs adjustment (mainly on the LSN) and runs all day long below 200. 8-10 min fuel economy in most cases. I run the JP3 pipe with an OS P4 plug. Dialed!
Of course there are other great engines out there. This is just my opinion, and what I have been running recently. I will buy another when the time comes.

Look into the V-spec, and the Jammin JPX21. Both are power houses, but some will say they have thier flaws. Both are under 300.00.

Good luck!

2 SH power houses, last a year racing 2x per week, but only get 6-9 min. a tank.
