associated sc8 caught on tape

Great video. That settles it...I'm getting one. Just not sure if I'll get the RTR, try to build my own starting with a truggy chassis, or wait for a roller (which might not happen).
|
OMG that thing looks sweet!
|
REVRACE...
|
damn that thing looks cool
seems durable to and flys nice and far!! |
It looks more scale than a slash on the track.
|
The scaleness kinda goes to hell when it launches off that one kicker :) But thank thing looks killer. It sure does go through the air nice. I guess I'm just used to seeing my Slash end-over on the bigger jumps. :)

Is it not going to be 4wd? looks like its 2wd drive in the video.
|
I'm willing to bet thats one of AE's top drivers wheeling that truck and not a regular club racer.

Here's another with Saxton at the wheel. I would imagine he was piloting the other one as well.

It has to be 4wd otherwise no one could have pulled it out of some of the slides they were putting it through.Looks awesome, time to add another car to the stable!

darn i didn't think i'd want one but now i def do that's just sick goes around rev like a 1/8th buggy which means that you can jump it without flipping..only one prob it's one more nitro engine for me to tune improperly :flaming:
|
there were 3 more of them at rev today, they were beating on each other and bangin doors, i didn't see anything break all day. i can't wait to get one. siiiick

I smell a new class. Slash on 'roids and a boat load of fun.
From what I understand it's the truggy chassis with shorter suspension arms and smaller wheels (obviously) and the cage bolten on. I want one but I want to put in my own motor w/out rotostart, and my own servos and radio. Right now they're only releasing an RTR version so I'll either have to build one with a truggy chassis and parts or strip the RTR and sell the bits I don't want. Either way I think it's going to need to be mine. |
