these things are going to start popping up everywhere in the next couple of months, there should be a box stock spec class, where you can only change the radio and receiver. There should be an open class where you need to run the cage, bumpers, body, and wheels and tires that have the same sidewall size as the stock tires, but any compound....i have a feeling proline is going to make some good aftermarket tires for this thing

Personally, I'd love it if truggy class went away and was replaced with these. This is a truly different class of 1/8th vehicle. Never did understand why truggies got popular anyway.

Unfortunately, there is one major flaw and that's the price. People don't see value, they just see a number and $600 is a big number for anybody that's not already accustomed to the prices of equipment in this hobby. That's why Slash's (nothing wrong with these, they're a ton of fun to race) will fly out of shops and these will move slowly.

Ummmm....I understood this truck to be 4WD. Is that not correct?

EDIT: I think the ads in the mags are saying it's 4WD anyways. That's all I have to go off of. Well, plus all the people here on Tech.
