Go to www.live.com and search for Ninja 21

The first search result will be an Ebay link and click on that and enjoy your 30% off of anything that buy it now!

I bought my Ninja JX for $218 shipped off Ebay and I ran mine yesterday at our last club race and that things RIIIIPS! A guy had an OS Speed in his MBX6 and I was gaining on him on the straightaway. The thing just rips from bottom to top. After one of the qualifiers, I tempted my engine at 230F and it was screaming and I still had about a quarter tank of fuel left after a 5 minute qualifier!

I'm VERY happy with this engine. I almost have a half gallon on this engine and it still needs to be warmed up with a heat gun for my fully charged Chrome Top starter box to turn it over.

I didn't have any other pipes to run on the engine so I ran a Sirio 2013 on mine and it ran great. Hope to buy the 2060 in the future.

Need I remind people that races aren't won or lost on the straightaway? It also really depends on how people tune these motors. Almost everyone at my track runs their regular vspecs and ninja motors a bit hot and they are rockets, just as fast as a speed. BUT the speed will make the same power with 30-40 degrees less, more fuel economy, and smoother power. Either way both the jx21 and speed are far superior to those terrible GRP motors.

Lastly, I got a OS Speed alum. head motor for $280 on ebay with that cash back coupon.

I was just stating that the JX does have a little more top end than an OS Speed.

I never said that it was a "winning advantage"

Ok and maybe thats true but with the os speed you definitely get what you pay for. Either way the ninja engine has to be good, its a 5port OS vspec

Does the jx come shimmed for 30% or do you have to add a shim?

Yes it comes shimmed for 30%.

I'm thinking of putting in some ceramics in my JX just to be sure that theirs no problems for next race season.

I just picked 1 of these up so i have some questions. You are putting ceramics in for precautionary reasons or do these engines have bearing isssues?

Most use the ceramics for their advantage. There is no known issues with the stock bearing so far, IMO.

I've personally seen the JX21 engine in a Jammin X2 truggy and it just throws it around. The OS Speed has a smooth bottom end perfect for a buggy. IF I were to slap an engine in a truggy it definitely would be the Ninja.

yes but I highly recommend you read all the conditions. One of the catches is that similar to a rebate, you dont get the money for 60 days.

Yea I won't get my $140 until december 11 too. But whatever I saved so much money on things that NEVER go on sale so I'm happy. Do you know how long this promotion is going on for?

I'm not sure how much longer they'll have the sale. I'd really like to snag a 2060 off there soon.
