Well, I'm a really impatient person, so I decided to add up the point standings for intermediate buggy. Why just intermediate buggy you ask? Because It impacts me personally, and I'm a selfish person so there!

Ordered by finish in Texas, ending points position is on the right.
1. Jason Grant 215-470 +4 689 1st
2. Matt Sistrunk 211-430 +4 645 5th
3. Trent Kirk 207-450 657 3rd
4. Derek Keeling 203-454 657 4th
5. Pablo Tejada 199-438 637 6th
6. Larry Dean Pope 195-470 665 2nd
7. Nick Vanderpool 191-442 633 7th
8. Denver Houghton 187-380 567 18th
9. Boyd Lemons 183-423 606 14th
10. Brendan Nolan 179-446 625 8th
11. Brian Walker 175-000 175 -20th
12. Matt Brown 171-399 570 19th
13. Courtney Tate 169-450 619 9th
14. Chris Pearce 166-423 589 17th
15. Travis Lawrence 163-454 617 11th
16. Greg Garrison 160-446 606 15th
17. Matt Leibman 157-462 619 10th
18. Jordan Wilson 154-462 616 12th
19. Bill Mason 151-458 609 13th
20. Chris Albert 148-458 606 16th

The bottom few in the top 20 might not be correct, due to the fact that I didn't bother to go lower than the top 20 finishers at the Pro finals.
It's pretty close to accurate, including 4 bonus points to the TQ, and 4 bonus points to the person who led the most laps.

Matt you have too much brain in there. LOL. J/K. This is chris pearce. You and I talked several times on the stand and off. I was the guy confused by your change in paint scheme from the Green to the blue/pink/white.

Anyways, look forward to racing with you next year. Maybe we'll have our vehicles and skills better prepped.

So what do you people think? Myself, I really enjoyed watching the big names pros like Wheeler, Lutz, Cavalieri, King etc.. racing at this event. I learned a lot just watching them also.

But what about next year? How many think the RC Pro events will bring these pros back again? I know I certainly hope so.

It's funny, I noticed it was you after you posted where you qualified. Now I know. Yeah, I look forward to next seasons pro series. I think we have to go expert, or pro next year! Whoo hoo

I was just talking to a buddy about that last night. Usually a person gets better as they go along, and you and I placed in the A-main. So are we supposed to move up to expert? I drove horrible in the A-main, and I haven't drove a track that rough before.

During the A-main, my car looked like my 5-yr old daughter was driving. It was bad. I just couldn't drive the thing. So in my eyes that lack of experience caused poor performance.

I do have times where I can put down fast laps. I qualified very well for me at the Finals. Yet there are races where I look like I've never driven an RC car before. So I'm not sure where this puts me in the grand scheme of RC racing. Oh well, I guess we'll see next season.

air8, look in the RCP rules. I think it's division winners, top 3 nationally, and maybe Finals winners that have to bump? Also ifi you're in the top 5 two or three consecutive years. Don't remember exactly.

Well, I plan on hunt'n down a sponsor for next year, so hopefully I'll have no choice but to bump up next year. I have some pretty good finishes from the last 5 years of racing, offroad and onroad. I also like to think I'm a pretty knoledgable guy. I definatly know more about this stuff than the hobby shop I used to work at. They hired alot of teenagers that know a little about brushless onroad, and that's about it.

Plus I think I'd make a great team painter. Not many drivers offer that back to their sponsor.
