the orange head GRP uses a turbo plug. The plug is better because there is not copper washer, and the taper on the plug itself creates the seal for the compression chamber, much like a spark plug in your car.

On top of that, you dont have to worry about losing the washer.

The orange head is the tuned version like the OS v-spec. Orange looks better too.

Adam, when i try to build my shocks with rebound they seem really stiff, i tried filling the shock bodies, and putting the bladder in to rlease the excess fluid but they were still really stiff feeling, i had to bleed more out.. is there a easier way to do it?? also is it ok for them to feel stiff as long as they push in all the way?? Is the goal to get them to rebound out the same aprox length?

Adam-How similiar are the GRP engines to the falcon and old style ninja engines? I have a falcon and was wondering if the specs are close? YGM at your horizon account. Thanks.

I got my GRP .21 at the start of the gas season this year... Well it is now the end of the season here in Colorado and I have 11 gallons through my motor and it STILL RUNS GREAT. The powerband and longevity of these motors is incredible!

yea the shaft should go all the way in, if not it is because you have to much oil in there and you need to bleed a little bit out, if it has been awhile its a good idea to change your bladders and o-rings and seals they swell up after awhile. i have heard of a trick were you grind down the thick spacer in your shock a little, im not exactly sure how much but i know its not alot and that makes room for your o-rings for when they swell.

you could always get the 8ight 2.0 and then get the electric conversion kit if you don't want to wait.

Hi Adam,
What's the scoop on the new "smart" diff?
I'm currently running a fioroni tractive IV diff up front on my 8 (with a lot of success) but i'll be selling the kit at the end of the month and i was wondering if i should hold on to the diff or sell it with my current package?
To make a long story short, are Losi's new diffs a viable alternative to the fioroni diff?
Also, will the new diff be included in the new kit?
if yes, how many of them?
Thanks for your help!
