the only time it can happen is under Excessive chassis flex...the shaft on the 2.0 was lengthened not only to accommodate the longer chassis but to prevent this from happening any more....are you talking about a 2.0 or 1.0 ?

Hi Drake:
I have been racing for 20yrs. I have the Losi 8 and that i love to run. I am attending the RC Pro Series (June 5-8 in Rome NY) where Billie FIsher will be attending. Mark Pavidas has atteded the Motorama Race as well. I was wondering if you would ever the make the trip out to the North East to attend any of our big races. I know that NE racers would like to meet you.

I'm a big fan and hope to meet you at one of our races one day.

Sincerely,
Pete Martinez

Increase the rear anti-squat from 3 degrees.

Adjustable rear braces, but only with the front block 1 up's and the stock rear 3-3 plate.

Its hard for anyone (including Adam) to help if you don't post your setup. Lots of things can cause your nose to dive.

My set up for now is stock out of the box.But i think i fixed the diveing issue.Spring preload was to loose and the rear of the chassis was smacking the lip of the jumpI allso picked up a smart diff for the center to try

T4-RC8 RACER77: http://www.losi.com/RaceCenter/Disco....aspx#LOSK0800

aaron_buran: Make sure you clutch and clutch bell bearings are in good shape. Also try running a hotter glow plug. I usually start with full rebound in the front and 3/4 rebound in the rear. If the track is low grip or bumpy, the more rebound the better. I only take rebound out if the track is very high grip. With your barkes you need to make sure the screws the hold the top of the center diff mount aren't too tight. You may also be running too much play between the brake disc and the brake plates.

axial28rr- I race for Nova Rossi.

dcracing- Gad the set-up worked well for you. Please feel free to ask any questions you have about the 8ight or the 8ight 2.0 if you get one. You can run the 2.0 center rear drive shaft on the 8ight and it will solve the problem.

buggydad- The track looks cool. Is the buggy jumping nose up or nose down? Try this set-up: http://www.losi.com/ProdInfo/Files/ADSilvStA0804.pdf

Pete Martinez- It's possible, just depends on my schedule. I would like to attend Motorama one day.
