He needs to go XRAY. I know he can drive the piss out of anything but he would be exceptionally dangerous with an 808. It seems like XRAY puts more money into onroad racing tho.

I don't know if I should say this but he has his own ask tebo thread on Neobuggy

so I wouldn't be surprised if he's reading forums when he's not reading tracks

He will find a ride, that is a given. The only way he would be a privateer is to lay low for a little bit, and take some time off from the rigurous racing schedule that comes with being a top pro.

I don't see that happening though, I see him being extremely eager to get back out there and show hobbico how stupid they were to get rid of him.

I agree with everyone that Kyosho would be a good fit, as would Associated as he still races them.

Mugen, Xray, Jammin', etc. all the top brands would be good pics.

It is a shame that a small company that makes good products, but doesn't have the exposure yet can't afford him. He would be a great asset for an up and coming company that needs the high end exposure. To bad he is worth alot of money.

Best of luck to him in his future, he will find something soon enough.

I'm not saying there aren't. But from what all the articles say, is that THEY released him. Not "They came to a mutual agreement to split ties." Or, "Jared Tebo decides it is time to check out other business ventures, and parts ways with Hobbico."

Based on that, I am saying THEY released him. For whatever reason doesn't matter, I'm sure he still wants to get out there, and tear them up on the track.

He is a grown man who recently got married. His life may take a different direction with rc toys being secondary.

Great Planes is not an easy outfit to deal with, the O Donnell buggy has not what you would call a success, many factors are most likly involved, they may have reached a cross roads.

I'm pretty sure his wife is formerly known as Ms. O'donnell so I doubt there's a problem there.
