If you wanted to switch modules on the 4PK could you? The 3PK can run 27, 75, and 2.4 because it is modular. Also you can run Spektrum modules and receivers with the 3PK.
Just a thought....

Never tried a KO radio but ran the 3PK for years & like it better than all of my other radios feel wise & navigation was easy, not as easy as my current radio (3R) but feel is more important than navigation anyway.Problem is once you use a light radio like react or DX3R for a while I cant go back to heavy equipment.
As far as customer service goes I never had to use it with futaba so I cant say but I know 3 long time KO people that quit using KO product due to nightmare customer service. That would be warranty side of customer service not getting info/buying product side of customer service. Before those incedents though the swore by KO radios & servos & almost had me talked into one.

From what I hear the 4pk is very fast but it is so fast the receiver thermal shutdowns. I know someone who had the 3pk, he didn't like it, he had a m11 for a while and he liked it but his sponser distributer ko so he is now trying ako radio, I know its the best one ko makes but not sure the actual model #. He likes it alot but he said it costed him $500 for it with ko's 2.4 system and the reciever. Just my 2 cents for what its worth.

Uhh....those arent YOUR 2 cents to distribute....If YOU had tried the 3pk or M11 and or KO u might have a say in this conversation.

Ive had them all and the 3pk and Helios are 2 of my all time favorites. The 3pk has a nicer trigger IMO but the Helios is lighter and with the drop down attachement I think I give it the nod for comfort.
That being said I am selling my KO to get a DX3R. Ive been using Spektrum in the KO since I got it. In 4 years of having Spektrum stuff Ive only had 2 receivers go bad on me and both were replaced no questions asked by Horizon.
The Futaba 2.4ghz stuff has problems right now but every other 2.4ghz system works great and I will use it without fear of issue. Big races will be full of guys with crystals and you would probably have more problems with them than a 2.4ghz set-up.

Ko propo helios with the drop down is for me the best balanced radio. The only thing i dont like about the 3pk is that its top heavy. But the new 4pk does look really good.
