Default Who who makes waterproof airfilter

I was wondering who makes a water proof airfilter for a .21cc offroad buggy?

Nothing's 100% water Proof.....water resistant more like.....outerwears filter's are a mesh like material....and the Ebay filter's are spandex style material......not exactly too sure which would be better for repelling water tho.

Just outta curiosity, why would you need a waterproof air filter?

I don't think there is a waterproof air filter because any product designed to let air through will allow water through too. For extreme racing conditions I think you might want to take a look at these super absorbent air filter covers. They are made of a material that absorbs fuel or water so it won't soak into your foam filter as quickly as an unprotected filter. If I was going to North Carolina for the World's race, with rain expected, I would take a few of these with me.

Kfactory has good one

You could mod some aerosol caps to fit your current filter and make it water proof.
Note though they completely water proof but rather covers that prevent mud, water etc from soaking teh elemant so any mod to prevent that is OK.

Very interesting. Looks kinda big/heavy, would that fit under my buggy body?

if you search through the same link they also make another one that is no water proof but looks similar, very nice looking i'll tell you we sell them at the shop, couple of customkers picked them up and they installed nicely in their MP777 WC shells with no problems.

What kind of buggy you have?
