I thought we were making progress here for a second. It asked me if I wanted to install an upgrade and I clicked yes. I went to #1 in queue and then the whole page crashed. Now I can't get back on at all. That was the only page where at least I could watch the qualifying computer screen. Now I'm totally shut out.

Live Rc has been around for a few years. And has done a great job at the events that are offered. Yes there has been glitches along the way. But it does keep getting better.
If some of you feel you need your money back then contact Brandon. I am just jumping in on the defense of Brandon, who is trying his best to give us paying and non paying customers a service no one else provides.
I agree that there has been one problem or another for pretty much every event. Do people have a right to voice there complaints? YES
BUT… I don't see any reason to be nasty about it. I paid my $30 awhile back and enjoy what I get for that investment. I didn't pay the additional fee for this one race, but it is my choice. As was mentioned before that Live RC is not of Speed Vision magnitude and for certain technologies Live RC is at the mercy of other companies providing a connection to the internet.
But keep complaining with nasty and derogatory comments...

Liverc.com is awesome but they should NOT be charging for a beta test! 'Too many connections' errors is not from a 'bad/weak' internet connection! It's poor mysql connection handling. Where mostly likely the mysql connections are being left open far too long in the connection script!
I'll be a happy camper if things get better for the mains!

Don't offer the service as in "pay $30 to upgrade". If I knew it wasn't going to upgrade, I could have just watched the qualifying screen for free. That's what I meant.
Now, if he closed down the site because of some complaints, then it is doomed to fail anyway. You have to have some thick skin to be in business and handle complaints. Should I close my machine shop down because a customer complained about a job I did for him? No, I either fix the problem or lose him as a customer. I'm sure he is trying to do his best. The website says you will be upgraded as soon as you pay. That's all I'm looking for.
The topic is about the race, and I would provide some updates if I could get on and see. I know Truhe was TQ earlier, but got bumped off by an XRay driver.

Should have bought a couple pizzas with my 30.00$.
I was not even using the video, just following the race by the realtime results. I don't want to pay 30 just to do that. I think it crap to force everyone to pay 30 bucks just to look at results. They wait untill the middle of the race to do this. Smells like price gouging to me.
We just got back from the 3rd round of Worlds qualifying. Josh Wheeler lost TQ on the last race to Mike Truhe. Race 3 (3rd from the end) was the best. Those watching actually cheered the finish. I think 5 of the top 10 qualifiers were replaced by drivers in this race. Drake (28th) & Tebo didn't do as well.
