Default Storm Evo RTR spoiler setting

I wonder if someone could help me with this query.
I have a Storm Evolution RTR nitro buggy, and on the the spoiler support arms, at the top there are two holes (in a figure of 8 configuration) presumibly to adjust the angle of the spoiler. Could someone tell me which hole the spoiler should be set on??? Should the spoiler be set to more of an angle to the airflow, or should it be more parallel with the chassis?? I do not race this buggy, and only use it for some off-road fun.

Also what is the significance of slightly moistening the air filter with after-run oil? Is it to capture the fine dust/pollen etc? Does it not clog up the foam?
