Default Starter Box wiring

Ok. i've got a new starter box, but with no instructions to put it together. Only an exploded view.

how on earth do i wire this thing up.

does anyone have any links to sites that tell you step by step procedures to get this thing wired properly.. obvioulsy i don't want to wire it wrong and burn a motor out.

super important thing, for the receiver wiring, make sure the black (or darkest color) is on the far right when plugging the servos and battery into the servo.

I also put the battery in the switch wrong, and it made my receiver smoke, melted the battery and switch male and female piece, it really scared me, luckily I didnt cause serious damage.
