Default savage 25 problems!

Hi, i just got a savage 25 from a friend of mine and i am a noob to it.. i am haveing a issue with the wheels they are locked up. when i try to push the car forward or backwards the truck will not move. what can be causing this????? my friend thinks it might be the clucth but doesnt know for sure. any help would be well appreciated......

Could be the clutch or your brakes ar stuck closed....

turn your radio on and your car and just pull the trigger and see if you can push it (i wouldnt start the car) and that should open them
