what restristor are you guys running in the ws7iii?

Yeah, seems most people are having success with the 7, so I bought one when I bought my WS7III.

well i will definetly put the 7mm in that should improve my fuel mileage

Yes. Also toss in an extra .1mm shim if you are running 30%. That will help fuel mileage as well.
