Couldnt sleep last night, dug up the rest of the parts for these motors heres a picture of the collet, crankshaft extender deal, one of the clutch shoes and spring, and a really trick light weight flywheel

I think it's a Picco engine

Fact: Those are Picco Engines.

Ron Paris did Picco's for quite a while; those carbs are VERY early and much earlier than the approx. 7year mark that has been mentioned. Has to be prior to the Torque carb; which would be prior to 1998...

I've forwarded the link to this thread so someone that should be able to give us a more absolute answer...

i would say a on road motor and the make it looks like a picco thats just what i think it looks like
