I have a XTM .18 engine that iam gonna use for my Nitro Sprint car. I talked to the manufactuer 2day and they said that there cars are designed for Slide Carbs. So iam wondering if there are aftermarket slide carbs that i can use on my engine? What size venturini is optimal for a .18 engine? Is it even possiable to change carb configurations???

I don't know who makes the XTM engine. Probably SH. If so, a carb from most any other SH made engine should fit. For Sirio based engines you can use Novarossi or OS carbs.
