I think some of the best modded motors I have owned or run were done by:
Hotmods
CEO mods
Murnan Mods

Novarossi Factory tuned motors are no joke either!

I highly reccomend Uriah Murnan over at Murnan Modified Motors. Uriah is super nice and personable and can mod the motor to whatever specifiations you would like. He can mod the motor for increased fuel mileage, increased power and effiencey and or both.

For example with his modded RB C6BBT's everyone is getting in the neighborhood of 12 minutes in a truggy. Give him a shout and talk to him. Thanks

I'm not really looking to mod my motor, I just need to find someone to replace the bearings and conrod bushing, I see RB mods does that and trues the crank pin. any other recommendations?

UndergroundRC has how to port and polish video on their site. Maybe you could try porting it yourself, and start learning how to work on your own engines. Doing your own maintenance, bearing, and rod changes will save you thousands over your whole racing career. I recommend starting with learning to port your sleeve first, its quick and easy. Try it on an old motor first.

A Dremel and a few bits is almost all you need...:
- Carbide tip
- Grinder or chainsaw sharpening tip
- 600-1000 grit rubberized sanding tips
- Polishing wheel/compound (not needed but it looks cool, actually an 800 grit semi polish final surface works best)

Just a thought.....

thanks for the reply but I don't really need it modded, it's going into a GT2. I just need the bearings swapped out and the conrod bushing replaced. I can replace all the parts myself but I like to let people who know what they're doing do the precise work.

Get hold of Rick at RBMODS. He has been doing my motors for the past four years with great results.

Yep... If your having someone do the work Rick is solid choice.

I tested a few of his motors...

i had rb mods modify 5 engines for me in the past, 2 worked good and were ballistic, and the other 3 took front bearings out with in 2-3 tanks of fuel everytime, the cranks were way out of balance, ceo mods did good work but something has happened to him recently and alot of people have had issues getting engines back from him, i had 4 engines from him that all worked well, ebmods is probably the safest bet as far as modifiers go, he really makes sure that its really making more reliable power and that the engine is balanced out
