Yea.. after reading that whole thing I believe it's split up into the top 3 or so..

Always have to read the flyer hard and well, whether it be R/C racing or IMCA racing, lol..

Oh well, still sounds pretty fun, I'd go but radios tend to be expensive,

Nitrcross held at The Nitro Pit was a "guaranteed" purse... a $25,000 purse at that! This was a race like no other, do a search and read through the thread if you want.

FWIW these guys have decent weekly turnouts and between them and a neighboring track there could be close to the 50 buggy entries from "locals" alone.

If I had a nickel for every time I went to a big race that the locals all but avoided like a plague I'd have enough to buy everyone at the race dinner.

Guys, I'm one of the organizers and the purse will be paid to the top 3 places for each class.

And the purse will be based on the number of entries per class. I'd expect the pattern to be like it is most places - really good representation in the buggy and truggy classes while the stadium truck and production monster truck classes are sort of unpredictable.

So will we give away $1000 per class? Probably not. But will the buggies be battling for a $1000 purse? Most likely. Maybe even the truggies. But say we only have 30 in a class, that's still $600 paid to the top three guys. And I say that's not too bad.

What's more certain, though, is the amount of prizes we're going to have to give away. Check out the sponsors on the flyer. We just added Byron fuels today. Between what we've already received and what's been promised we should have about $1500 in door prizes.

Anyway, it's going to be a big event and I hope that you guys can make it.

Later-
Don

there is always a good number of buggies in this area...along with truggies...but they don't hold a candle to the buggies... if weather is good i would see a HUGE showing of buggies...

I'm betting Buggy surpasses goal and truggy will be close.

The G.O.A.T could take care of this.

I hope we can get Clark out to Huntington for the ORS and Brawl races.

We all know that no matter the situation we all can just call on Clark Smith to solve the problem... but the only problem is the fact that he has so many issues to fix he just runs out of time in one day...lol

well we'll all be at the orc race and we can discuss this topic there... i ahve some info for you anyways...lol
