i have just taken a look on ebay and i see they sell the whole kit but i'm just looking for the toe top plate. The team magic--hard set up station has larger bearings than say the hudy setup station. The one they showed pictured I would have to say would use the smaller bearings. I will keep looking in there.any other help is appreciated.

thanks neil

I was thinking about taking the toe plate that came with the Team Magic setup station for a buggy, and cutting it in half and then glueing a piece of thick plexiglass/lexan between the two halfs to make it with enough to fit my truggy. Problem is, I don't know exactly how wide to make it yet. I haven't actually measured it up or anything yet.

since no one makes one i was thinking I may try and get someone to make me one.I'm not sure how much it would cost. just an idea
I don't know if I would cut mine in half. You may be able to reinforce it on the top and bottom with additional plexi glass. just be carefull to make sure everything is square when you glue it all together.when you do this post a pic so we can all see.Have you checked to see how much the buggy toe plate is to buy seperate?

Hello fellow members,
I emailed team magic/ hard racing concerning a truggy top plate and in less then 24 hours I recieved a response and a link to the truggy top plate for sale. The top plate is $18.80 US. The problem is the shipping to get it here, they give you two options $33 with tracking and $25 without. I don't feel like paying that much to ship a item that costs less then the shipping.
Here is the link they sent me:
http://www.rcshopping.com/profra.jsp...searname=H7106
Anybody interested in getting one so we can place a order and save on shipping. I can place the order via paypal and once the plates are in I will be able to ship to whoever is interested from my work via UPS ( not to P.O. boxes ) for free.

So you pay $18.80 for top plate + a percentage of the shipping cost depending on how many are interested.

Im interested in one. Ive been looking at the Team Magic setup but when I contacted them, they said that the toe-plate for the truggy may not be tall being used with the buggy station. Let me know if you can find any more information.

Here is the email I got back:
Hi Joyce,

They both have 17mm hub and the nut is same.
You could put the truggy top plate H7106-1 on the buggy setup station .
But the truggy and buggy's height is different . If you consider the height , we suggest you use completely truggy setup station will be btter . It will have better(precise) setup.

If you have any unclear or other inquiries, feel free to let us know.

Best Regards,

I think he is talking about the height at which the hubs bolt up to the side plates. I guess the difference between buggy and truggy side plates would effect the camber measurement.
Anybody have a opinion on this?

He's talking the opposite. From the hubs up to the top of the shock towers. The truggy tower may interfere with the top plate if the buggy(short) fixtures are used.
