Default engine not starting?

ok I finaly got my buggy out after 6 months of not runing it, I can't get the darn thing started, the fuel was stored in the basment, off the floor on a table, the engins not gumed up, I has a new glow plug, the OWB is not sliping, the only thing that I can think of is that the fuel went bad, but I dont think It should have , there was no condensation on the inside of the bottle,(bryons gen 2) it wasnt opend during that time ether.

I just replaced the pull starter with a tigerdrive, so could it be that its not spining fast enough?

its a macstar .28

anything else I should try?

Lets see, Reset the needles, check the ingniter is making it glow( pull the the plug and mount and look for glow) crack your idle a little more. Or take it to your LHS and be real humble.

Lightbulb not starting

hmm remove the glow plug put a few drops of after run into the carb and onto the piston ,dry start the motor a few seconds to help relube the inside of the motor ,replace the glow plug after you check tp see if its still good ie burns hot or glows red . recharge the starter batteries and reset the needles to break in settings and try again if still no start take to a local hobby shop or a race track and beg for help

ok I'v done all of that above, even got new fuel, but it still wont start. I'm begening to think that its the starter(tigerdrive) and my drill doesnt spin it fast enough.

One more thing, try warmin' it up with hair dryer. A fast drill might help. Don't forget a little humble at the track.
