Default Break-In for Sportwerks Chaos

According to the manual, it says that one tank will break it in, but I think that will definitely break the engine. If you own one of these engines, can you please tell me how you did it.

ROFL. Yeah I heard about the Chaos being really fragile, but then again, there's people that had great times with it and only broke a front shock tower. So I just want to see. I'm thinking of buying another one plus some extras from another guy on this forum.
