Thumbs up Thanks guys for recommending the best hop-up

Earlier I asked which to get for hop-up the aluminium or carbon fiber shock tower for my Losi 8ight RTR. I was told not to worry about that but the best thing to do was upgrade the servos. So after a few more questions and recommendations I decided to purchase a couple of Associated DS1313 servos. Well just received them and installed and let me tell you WOW what a difference ! I haven't tried them yet but just on the bench you can see a huge improvement ! Quick and powerful ! Thanks once again. To anyone with an 8ight or any vehicle for that matter forget the fancy bling and make this your first priority.

Actually the absolute best "hop-up" to improve your race performance is...

practice, practice, practice!

To me servos good are the most important things you can have on ur buggy or truggy... better steering, and better throttle and break responce.. I cant stand when i see a guy with a high dollar kit with a high dollar engine with budget servos(or radio)... Yes they cost alot but its protecting ur investment.. IMO..

I agree you can not skimp in the electronicas dept if I have to I will do it in the mill. Maybe not the modded version or shop around alittle, thats if you have to at all. Unfortunatly I sometimes do LOL.
