What is this?

This buggy belongs to a mate of mine, he bought it many years ago and cant remember what brand it is?

Anyone got any idea who made it and how old it is?

Yep; looks like ya'll pegged the car.

Also has a period-correct Novarossi 8B buggy engine; 4ports; 8mm plastic carb; 13mm crank...very nice and mild.

BTW; would love to purchase that cooling head if you decide to go with another engine.
