Default Can't get my sleeve out

I was in the process of removing my sleeve by putting zip-ties in the ports and rolling the piston up when it got stuck. It is sticking out of the block about a 1/4in.,won't go any further. Keeps snapping the zip-ties off. I even tried going to a big zip and putting two through the exhaust port. Exhaust is the only port I can get one in. The engine is a Hotmod Nova. Plus 21-7 if it matters. Anyone got a solution for me?

You can also try putting a little after run oil around the sleeve thru the area where the backplate is or wd40 and let it sit for a while. Then heat it up and use the ziptie method. If that doesnt work I used a peice of servo horn or any thicker plastic instead of a zip tie.
