The OFNA chrome top is a good choice. Kind of heavy, but that thing turns over even a new motor. I use a Mugen box with a couple of batteries and it is okay, but not on a new motor. Much lighter then the OFNA.

I think a box like the mugen with some lipo batteries will probably be the best choice for weight to power.

Mugen box all the way. Love how light it is. I sold my chrome top, it just got to be a hassle carrying that big thing around.

I think I've read about an ofna truggy box..?? It's supposed to be the cats meow for size and power.

The ofna truggy box is just as strong as the chrome top and half the weight. The only problem is that the truggy box is expensive as hell. I was able to get my brand new Ofna chrome top for $45 off of ebay. It is heavy but also like already mentioned it is the strongest box out there.

Blue OFNA truggy box with the 775 motors is the way to go. It has adjustable mounts on top that work excellent with my RC8. It almost sets in and locks as good as my 8T does to my losi box.

The ofna truggy box is very strong, almost as strong as the chrome top. I have one with a lipo and one with a gel cell.

Ive found the dual 775 boxes to be way stronger than the big motor boxes in torque but my big motor boxes will spin up a higher RPM.

I find either the blue ofna 8th offroad box or the 10th/8th box with single 775 motor to be sufficient. The single motor box starts up all kinds of motors. The trick is to make sure before starting the engine is at bottom dead center and also inspect the engine before you fire it up to make sure there are no metal shavings or anything else that can ruin it during the break in process. Also, lube it a little with some ARO or marvel mystery oil and you'd be fine.
