I just got one last week, and I'll have it ready one way or another, plus it's going to be showing off a new line of aftermarket parts. I'm having the engine mounts, chassis braces, rear brace mount, and graphite towers made for it. Plus more coming in the near future. These parts will be tested by myself and Jeremy Kortz to prove they can handle the stress that racing puts on parts. The parts line is going to be called RB RC Designs (with a killer little lightning bolt thrown in there), and will be sold exclusively through Nitrohouse...

I'll have a slew of pics to post next week, so keep tuned...

I just want to be able to beat Jon Anderson. He sooo fast. Hopefully the Mini ST will give me the ability to stay with him...

When is that truck going to be out? when i talked to the OFNA guys at the RCX show they said the middle of May have they pushed back that date.

The test samples arived in the beginning/middle of May, so maybe that's what time frame they were told.

I've heard it's about a month off. Hopefully sooner. I'm going to be beating the snot out of mine to find out if it has any weaknesses that'll need to be addressed.

Chris C has pics of it as Rob was putting it together. If Jon brakes like he did at the JBRL Round 1 you might have a chance. Of course that means you can brake either.

The jammin .5 was a great, fun little truck to race and I had a blast with it. I was wondering and I'm sure you will have to test it first, but I was wondering if the truck is tougher tham the .5. I had problems with the steering posts and c-hubs breaking alot and I wasn't really hitting anything, mostly from some crooked landings and other truck contact in the corners here and there. Sometimes they would break for no apparent reason. We were racing indoors with ventilation so the air temp was always around 50-55 degrees so I'm sure the colder air made the plastic a little more brittle but I wouldn't think that much as to the truck breaking every other race. Let me know what you find out.
