XTR rubber wears like iron. Unless you run on a very abrasive surface you will not likely get any foam to last as long as the tread. Search the forum, there are threads that describe methods to unglue tires so that you can put in new foams and re-use the tires and rims.

The Ofna orange/red work great; lasts a very long time and outperforms the Proline molded units by at least three-fold.

OFNA's new RED foam is the bomb.....

My favortie foam. Heck, I replace all my Pro-Line foam with it, and then sell the Pro-line for more then I buy the OFNA's...

I wish I could buy my tires at a cheaper rate minus the foams and just buy the selected foams I want. Its a waste to buy a tire with an insert and not even use it. Unless of coarse you can sell it but I don't have time for that.

It would be cheaper. But the bray insert that comes with Proline lasts long enough for me. Unfortunately there not my inset of choice.

And the companies would save on labor to stuff the tire with the insert.
