Just a question about a few .21 mills

I should be getting my buggy sometime next week and when it comes in going to purchase a new .21 engine. Question though...compared to the RB S5 (which I have owned in the past and ran) is the S7 for the price worth getting or would the Novarossi RX21P5 be the better choice? I run at Wolcott Hobby track in CT though from what I noticed you can get away with a lesser expensive mill on the track such as the Novarossi N21B mill. With that being said the N21B is no slouch - seen this thing ran in my friends MBX5 prospec. With fuel consumption on my mind as well as overall consistency what do you offroaders prefer?

The Novarossi RX21 P5

or

RB S7 L2G

Otherwise I may just go with a "low budget" engine like the N21B or OS .21 VG.

Whatever you do, do NOT get a OS .21 VG. They lose there compression way to quickly. I have had 2 thinking I got a bad one and they were the same. Did not last even 2 gallons. Try out a Go Tech .21 they have awesome power close to the italian motors at about half the price.

I am in the same boat. I have been running an RB S5 for the past 1.5 years, which is a great engine, but it is too expensive to rebuild. A few guys at our local track run the go-tech 5 port turbo's. They have about the same power, longevity, etc. as everything else but only cost about $200 and a new piston/sleve/rod is only $99.

If you are set on the P5 or S7, either would be a good choice.
