Actually, if made right, it'd take a LOT of abuse before it began to chip apart or crack. Once it started to chip though, I'd get the carbon slivers... ouch! Those are terrible!

wow, youre serious about that?

whats the point of windows? all you need is a clear spot with no paint near the "windows"

if you need windows on your lid to race thats a f****** joke.

Hmmmm... not sure they have to be "clear." ROAR rules for example require that the windows are clearly defined. (on the carbon they aren't!)
