...Or if you've got any chance at going with an IOU, you have to know the race director VERY well

he paid using pay pal and now is trying to dispute the charges. In short this could case people to have issues getting to sign up for races on-line

I had someone do this to me one time. Do something with the money if hes trying to get it back, spend it, transfer it to another paypal/your bank, just get it out of your paypal or else he will probably get it back.

I once sold an online account, the kid gave me the 130$, I gave him the account, then he got paypal to give him his money back! it wasnt a normal dispute, paypal took the 130$ from me, held is in escrow for 3 weeks, then gave it back to him, so he got away with the money and the account. paypal is garbage when you are a seller, unless your account is always kept empty

Waggz is right. The card holder said that said person used their C.C. without permission and is dissputing the charges with their C.C. company which paypay then charges the clubs paypal account. The race was $55 per class. 2 classes $110 + payapl fees for the dispute. I have file a online theft though ic3.gov.

I am with you brother. Whenever money in the paypal account its transfered to the main bank. Paypal has the right to rob you at anytime. It says so in the rules.

I see you posted a thread at rcracingextreme. Somebody there should tell him to get with you. If he doesn't, well then I hope it works out for you.
