Will, The GRP's tune a bit different than say a OS or Nova engine. They will run both ways but you get much better overall performance when tuning like this:

SInce it's mostly broken in make the top a couple hours rich or atleast sounding rich. Do the same with the bottom. It should load up after a few seconds of idle. May take a bit to get it cleared out, it may stall. Thats ok.

Start with the low end first on the box or stand and lean it a couple hours at a time until it idles with no problem. You may even have to adjust your idle screw(lower).

Once it sounds good on bottom but is still rich on top get it sounding pretty good on top. Remember the GRP will not sound like a OS on the top end. But you will know when it's close it will peak up pretty good.

It's hard to explain but lets say you rev it up pretty high a few times and then let it idle. The idle should not continue to drop down. After letting it set for 10-15 seconds it should still be clear on the bottom.

If you slowly pull into full throttle the engine will be very crisp on bottom, just real clean sounding. Then it will get to the middle and hit there before going to the top. I think this is where it get's onto the top end needle but it kinda sounds hmmmm......

weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeuuuuuuuuuzzzzzzzzzzzzzziiiiiiiing ..lol

I'll go measure my needles in a bit and that should put ya close since we have close to the same time.

In normal temps about 190ish on the head temp. Smooth and decieving power. I have gotten nearly 14 minutes runtime at the snakepit many times with a 6mm restrictor(I always run that one) but you should get 10 easy since your so old

Default Well there here

Well the 09 parts are here and I now my racers will be very happy with the changes, the weight difference in these parts will make the car perform at a higher level.

They have made some small changes on the shock towers with shock mounting positions, this will improve the cars overall handling on the rougher tracks.

The staff is adding the part numbers to the sight as we speak.

Hey guys, I have looked at the TQ site and it says dealers that carry the TQ car and was wondering how I can get my site on there. I am a dealer and do sell the SX8 and some parts so if anyone in FL. needs parts or a SX8. I can get them.
