Sorry, the Australian Team Drive has been really busy, when he puts pics up I will post picture/link on here so you can have a closer look, don't worry I am also waiting on some pics. This also helps eliminate bump steer, from what I have been told.

Brian you can perhaps drive/pilot the car and control the car better than me over jumps, therefore you would land in the correct position most times, unlike me who at times lands nose first.

The right side works great... Help??

My guess is the Hub is stripped but i could be wrong.
Im presuming you might have damaged/stripped the metal insert, from putting loctite on the actual screw, thus causing some binding. Try and get some new inserts or new knuckles, I think I saw a pair for under $15.00 new.

I have 6 galons on my buggy and have not broke a single part. I would say it is smart to have anything front end wise and some rear hubs also.

The diffs seem to last a long time before needing new gears.

I like to replace the plastic insert to tighten the car up before a big race but thats about it.

Hey Luther,
Will you email me please, I have a few questions.
Thanks,
Richard

Hey Brian,
You should have made it out today to Nitro Fever. The weather scared off a lot of people, but we still had a great race.

Just wondering if anyone is planning on running at Leisure Hours Indoor Champ race in Dec? If so, what set ups have been working for you?

Brian, did you get a chance to read my email?

I'm assuming by the size and shape of the rx box that you have to run a hump pack, correct?
Thanks,
Richard

Thanks BK

You are correct Lucky13. I have run the Orion 1600 and a double a size 2400. Im sure a lipo will fit but havnt tried.

Just wondering who else in the midwest is driving for tq? I'd like to get a list of team drivers together that would be interested in getting some type of spreadsheet w/ name, email, home town and possibly a contact number so people in the area can see who's racing where and hook up at events to share set up tips, etc.
If interested, email me at jwilson32@gmail.com. I'll talk to Luther and see if its cool and disperse to the rest of the team.

Cool! You will like it... I'm sure you have read, but loctite the upper and lower screws on the knuckle. Not too much or it will get in the cvd and lock them up. I've never run a c-hub car so i learned the hard way.
I also put a longer screw where the steering tie rod attaches to the knuckle and put a lock nut on it. I've used the plastic supports instead of the aluminum ones to give it a little more flex. I had a problem with the wing stay's breaking.
The car is solid and that is the only part I've broken and it was due to multiple cars railing me at the start of a main.

Richard, I use this o ne and the orion 1600. I get about the same runtime on both and depending on servos you can get a hour long main with them.

Good luck with the new ride
