Great people to deal with. very personal. I got an email a few days ago saying they were having problems with their web site.

here is the email;
We are currently having a little trouble with our site. I apologize for the interruption. We are working on this as we speak and hope to have it up and running in just a few hours.

I already got a response to my email. She explained they were busy and running a little behind. Mine went out today.

Glad to hear that other have had good experiences with them. For me - it's now been two days since I sent an email about the shipping problem and I have not received a response. I call them at both their 800 and long distance numbers about 8 times over yesterday and this morning and the phone rings without an answer.

I trust that they will resolve it, however I can't give them high marks for customer service at this point.

Well after over a dozen calls I finally managed to get Lisa to answer the phone. I can't say that I am happy with her response on it though. She seemed to be focused only on some hypothetical situation where if I had selected free shipping my order could have sat for several days. What that has to do with my complaint that I paid for FedEX 1 day and it was shipped by UPS instead I have no idea. As I kept repeating to her, the bottom line is I payed for upgraded shipping and didn't get it. After a long roundabout conversation in which she refused to address that, she did agree to refund my shipping charges.

-edit for update: Actually now it appears that they are not refunding my shipping charges. Instead they have given me "Shopping points" as a store credit. Not acceptable.

I guess you have a reason to be upset. I don't like paying for something and not getting it either. All of my experiences have been great with Tilted, I hope you can resolve your issue with them.

All I can say is running a hobby shop is a pain in the A_ _. RC racers are very picky and ALAWAYS want a better discount.
