Default Help needed with P5 rebuilding

As I've posted in the last thread, I'm rebuliding my P5 engine (about to order the parts).
Currently, I'm trying to disassamble the engine to get all of the old parts out (and to see if I can do that).
I opened the head and the back plate but I cant remove the conrod from the crank. Please advice how should I do that.
Also, I'd like to check if the crank and the read bearing are OK but I dont know how to remove them...

Remove the sleeve first. The rotate the crank and piston to top dead center and gently pull the rod off the crank pin. You can use a small pair of needle nose pliers if you have to but be care not to damage rod. Also you may find it easier to snug the flywheel on to keep the crank from moving while you pull on the rod. Most of the time it won't need it but if your crank keeps trying to walk out on you, put the flywheel back on but you don't have to tighten it very much, just enough to keep the crank in place. The piston and rod assembly should just fall out at this point.
