Default Pipe Motor Combo

I have an older NIB OS RG Max 21. It is going into a Losi 8 buggy. I also have a JP-2 and a JP3 pipe. Which would be a better set up?

JP3 would do better its more of a mid pipe.
where as the JP2 is a top end pipe.
The motor you have is not a real hight rever but you can try out the jp2 but my guess is that the jp3 will fit the motor better

the cheaper line of O.S. 21's are torquey, a JP2 will help in the top end but like tdeal said, the JP3 will suit the engine good IMO.

JP-4 is EFRA compliant, meets sound restriction rules, not sure where those rules are inforced but obvioulsly they are trying to make them quiter for some reason. They are also aimed towards topend performance.

Its the same "hardcoated" color that all hardcoated pipes are, not bronze lol.

The JP2 and JP3 are the same pipe other than the fact the 2 has a 2 chamber and the 3 has the 3 chamber which will help with tuning and a little fuel milage change but as far as measurements and powercurve, they shadow each other on the dyno. Xtreme RC Cars did a JP1-4 dyno test a few issues back and that has alot of good info for those wondering about the JP line of pipes.
