Just an update from the Nitro Challenge.
Qualified in the B with the truck even with breaking one round and having mechanical issues in another. I have fast lap of the weekend sofar and comments were positive from everyone watching the truck go around the track!
Also for those interested my set-up sheet from the Psycho Nitro Blast event is posted on the Tamiya TRF team website for the 801Xt.

I'm really getting the shits with this truggy.
First run on the second tank and the clutch bell strips and flywheel pins pull out.
Second run on the first tank (Vic Titles) I discover a split fuel tank.
Third run (today) first tank the spur gear strips using a Mugen clutch bell.
It hasnt even had enough run time to crash it let alone see how it handles. I have never had any of these things happen on any of my other cars.
AAAAaaaaaaagh. And parts jeez Ic an only get them from one source (a good one at that) but it costs me an arm and a leg to get them shipped to Oz.
Just my winge and moan for the day.
Cheers All
