Anyone has issues with leaky shocks on the RC8?

the rc8 thread would be more helpful. If your bottom clip and O rings are comming appart. try the impulse RC shock clips.

I am getting another RC8, i had to sell out for a while and i had one of the first production run kits a while back. I remember after 1 run all 4 of my shocks were leaking terribly from the bottom. I was just curious if anyone else has had to deal with the same thing.

They made an improved C-clip over the "g" clip for the bottom of the shocks.

Also, make sure yoour running the boots on the bottom.

Do the new kits come with the improved clips?

That I don't know, but the C-clip is a stronger clip than the g clip wire. If you rebuild the shocks, get some AE green slime and coat the o-rings. It makes the shocks seal better and operate smoothly.
