Mugen sells an upper and lower ti screw kit for the MBX5. They also sell several of the sizes in packs of 6-8. If you get the MBX5 screw kit it tells you where to not use the titanium.

Just today I tried out a lipo/vr, standard XB8 arms instead of the TQ arms, and a polished Maxpower pipe over a JP2 and saved 90g total.

A few grams here and there adds up quick.

theres 448 grams in a pound (28g x 16oz)

my car weighs approx 10 lbs
10lbs = 4480 grams
90g/4480g = .02000
.02000 x 100 - 2.00%

im not trying to be an ass, im just curious if these cars are THAT sensitive.... 90 grams is like a 2% decrease in weight... if thats such a big deal, why not run with a half tank of gas? thatll make up the extra 90 grams.. isint that a little insignificant?

(The good quality Titanium) Also M1 has alot of 3.5mm screws???? Which I can get now, but need to buy 200pcs !! So a little expensive...... lol !

With the touring car, G4S. I put Titanium screws, turnbuckles and pivot balls on and it saved me just over 45g !!
