Default National Enviromental Agency plans to ban two stroke motors!

Thats right the NEA is attempting to pass laws to stop the production of all 2-stroke motors due to the vast amounts of pollution and hazardous materials produced by and for them. These laws will be estabalished by the end of 2008. Also after 2010 all persons caught operating any form of a two-stroke motor will have it removed from his or her possesion and a large fine will be instituted. This includes our Nitro motors because they are two-stroke also! We can either invest in brushless conversions.... OR contact your local congressman now to fight against this outrage! Go drive your nitro vehicle while you still can! Another idea would be to find a way to reduce the pollution output of our motors...

This has been talked about for several years now, everytime it comes up people always drop dates out there. I dont think it will happen that soon but it is coming, it is what drove the inital 4 stroke r&d in motocross, now you hardly ever hear a 2 stroke ripping around the track. its sad.

It may happen but not the way you describe it. They may stop production of 2 strokes but they cant make everyone stop using what they have.

guys its just like the guns right issue our 2nd amendment in the bill of rights if you take that away this country would be a dicktated country and then what would we be fighting for? just a month ago some enviromental acktivists badly vandelized an entire consrtuction site cause they chopped some trees down to build the site and the builder was using all recyclble materials to build this site with aaaand they then after went to his office building and spray painted all the suv trucks in the parking lot ya they did alot of wortheless damage and they really did the enviroment more harm than good when they started fire to the construction complex thease ruthless people along with animal rights activists are very un profesinal in how they carry themselves and because of that thease people will never get their way. they are all hippocrits and they neeed to be stoped

these motors are so small i dont think the epa will give a seconds notice to them, 2 stroke in RC will be around for awhile yet. But just like it happened in motocross, it will eventually happen in rc but not before 2010
